Meetings
PUBLIC MEETING
A public meeting was presented by Pine Pixies Pre-Schools, in the Maple Leaf Room, Methodist Church Hall, Elbow Lane, Formby on Saturday 12th July at 5.00pm.
A meeting was held on:
Saturday, 21st June, 1.00pm at Woodvale Community Centre, Meadow Lane, Ainsdale.
This was a well-attended meeting to show the level of public
condemnation against the movement of our hospital services. Cllr. Brenda Porter
chaired this event. We asked all residents and members of the press to join
us.
Special thanks to Cllr. Brenda Porter and all the numerous residents of Southport, Formby, and other towns who have already signed our petition. The response has been absolutely 'overwhelming' and proves that the ill-considered and dangerous NHS movement of vital services has created understandable 'outrage' in our local communities.
Please keep those completed petitions flowing in!
